Poetry weeps never sleeps
Poetry cries never lies
Never dies as it tries
To understand that which demands
Our presence on this earth which we are placed upon birth
Poetry is
That thing that makes me feel that this life isnt real
The very thing that drives the essence of our lives
As it oozes from my brain sheltering me from the rain
Blocking out the pain as it tries to keep me sane
As I am crushed beneath the struggle of the many things I try to juggle
